The website provides information about our custom packaging, sports apparel and digital marketing divisions. It is a corporate information website, not an online shop.

Enquiries and agreements

Submitting an enquiry or sending an email does not create an order, reserve production capacity or form a service contract. Scope, specifications, pricing, quantities, timing, delivery, payment and other relevant terms must be agreed separately.

The enquiry form prepares an email draft. You must send it through your email application to contact us; preparing a draft does not confirm receipt.

Product specifications and production

Product descriptions and images show the types of requirements that can be discussed. Illustrative images are not a promise of an exact product, material, colour, finish or outcome. The agreed specification governs an accepted order.

Packaging uses our own production capabilities and selected manufacturing partners, including partners in China, depending on requirements. Sports apparel currently uses our own production capabilities. Specific arrangements should be confirmed for each order.

Digital services

Digital marketing and website work are provided to an agreed scope. Search rankings, traffic, lead volumes and commercial results depend on many factors. Website information does not constitute a guarantee of a particular result.

Customer materials

If you provide artwork, logos, designs or other materials, you should have the rights or permission needed to use them for the intended purpose. Requirements for approving artwork and specifications should be agreed before production or delivery of services.
